Do you know the feeling that you get when you come across something that you know nothing about? For some people this is a frustrating type of feeling (we’ll call you the controlling people) and for others its a freeing feeling.

For me, its the latter. When I don’t know something, it almost feels like an adreneline rush. A moment where I have the opportunity to learn something new if I choose. A change to expand my awareness, skills, understanding and life.

Actually – this is the state that I’m in most of the time. An I-don’t-know, I’m-curious, Know-nothing state.

Dr. Miton Erickson started a lot of his sentences with the phrase …”I don’t know….” and began to explore from there.

If you are prone to a need-to-know… I don’t know, but I’m curious – what would happen if you let that go.  What if it is BETTER than OK to NOT know.

I don’t know.
