Dr. Heidi has created a number of guided audio programs that will help you to get started, even if you can’t find the time or resources to work with her one on one.  She can also customise an audio track for you – 30 minutes in length, using NLP processes and your own words regarding your desired state, blocks to clear and resources to build.

    My Approach

    While I prefer to work with my clients one-on-one, I understand that this is not always an option. When I do get to meet you, every single session is tailor created for you. I get to know you – what you want and what you don’t. What stands in your way and what propels you forward. 

    It is my intention, with every single client I work with to help them to be able to live their absolute best life, to love themselves unconditionally and to come to understand, respect and take charge of their decisions.
